I love my canisters , best purchase I’ve made this year
Elegant and heavy
I had no problems with receiving the items. The lids work fine and close properly. They are very heavy and are nice and elegant placed on the counter. I use the larger one for my Keurig pods, smaller one for stevia sugar packets, middle size one currently empty. :) Overall I am happy with the purchase I made.
Disappointed
These are great looking canisters but was unable to use them as they were broken when i opened the package. The lids are made of wood so they remained intact .
Moderately Okay
These look nice and have an interesting paint texture on the ceramic (I have the black ones); however, the lids do not stay closed unless the seal is removed defeating the purpose of the canisters. In addition, the largest canister was shattered upon arrival to my home. It appears to be the way each canister was placed inside the other that caused this since when the box was shaken it did not make any noise and I could not tell it was shattered until I removed the outer layer of bubble wrap. Overall, a disappointment.
Great Quality
These black canisters are super heavy duty and great quality. They are dishwasher safe and oven safe. They can be used for decoration or normal use. I wish they were not as narrow so they can be used for some other items as far as serving. I know these will last forever and will be a good place to store items in the kitchen without making it look clutter. The black almost portrays leather looking. Great find.
Simple but nice.
I just received this canister set and my first impression is that they are very simple, plain with just a dark textured finish. With all the busy tiles and colors in some counter tops it’s nice to have something simple. I also like that it is a set of three and not four. They are also very versatile and can be used in other rooms besides the kitchen.
Many uses
I chose the dark stoneware set which is a rich black textured finish. There is a silicone ring on the black wood tops. However especially with the largest canister the lid does not fit very tight even with the silicone. This would prevent me from using this container for flour or sugar. I must say they look great on my granite countertops though. For my use I will separate them. I think they will be perfect for storing K-cups or tea in the kitchen. The others would be useful for cotton balls, tealights, paperclips, stamps, and all those little items you never know what to do with. Many uses!
