Great Down Support for Side Sleepers

We were looking to replace our Charter Club down pillows and decided to upgrade to the Hotel Collection. So pleased with this pillow. Firm and supportive, good for side sleepers. Had been waking up with some neck pain from older pillows. Sleeping with these through the night for over a week. Will purchase again.

Always a favorite

These are my favorite pillows. I ordered the firm for neck support, and they provide that well without being "hard." I have several sets and just gave one for a gift.

Good but could be firmer

I've been trying to find a good, firm down pillow for a while that doesn't cost an unreasonable amount of money. I give this one four stars because it works, but it should be firmer. I fluff it every day, but it still gets pretty flat overnight. But not so flat that it causes any problems, just sort of annoying. I wouldn't buy it again because I want something firmer, but out of a bunch of different "firm" down pillows I have so far tried, this one is the best. Next I think I will need to try one with a higher fill power so the down is more "lofty". I thought this one would be ok because it has quite a high fill weight, but... the search will continue when this one stops working for me.

Quality down pillows!

I think the king firm pillows are not much denser, then the medium grade as I believe should be heavier with more feathers as I experienced with similar pillows, hotel grade. I’m happy with the purchase but just slightly disappointed that not only are they thinner as not as wide as most king size pillows.

Not Hotel Collection quality as before

Not the same Hotel Collection quality. I thought I’d replace my old ones but these as too flat to be labeled Firm. Very disappointed. Returned.
