I only bought a few to make sure I like them. I have been using this hand and bath towel for a year now. I purchased the white. I love them and I just purchased more. I wash them alone with oxi and they have stayed soft and lush and bright white. I don’t like face cloths that are too thick, so I purchased the “step down” Turkish wash clothes and I love them as well.

Super soft and absorbent

For the past 13 years, I've brought only Hotel Collection turkish towels. They are so soft and absorbent and they wear incredibly well, even after repeated washings. The bath mat is no exception. It's so nice to step out of the shower onto a super plush mat instead of something that feels like mall carpeting!

Inferior product

I previously own two sets of these towels. The new ones I just purchased are so inferior that I will be returning them. Offering this inferior quality is going to ruin the reputation of Macy’s Hotel Collection. It used to represent a high quality product.
