Quality Replacement Robe Requested

The Hotel Collection men’s robe was sold a luxury spa and finest modal robe. It is not. It has been washed twice and looks like a rag. I am requesting a refund or a quality replacement.

Luxury quality

Very soft and cozy feeling. Feels very luxury and almost similar to a hotel robe. Definitely would recommend for anyone who wants to feel like they are on a resort or 5 star hotel

The worst

Just after a week of wearing it started to spread lint all over my pijama and furniture, and the robe fabric looks like a cat was playing with it for a month. I never seen anything like this. Hotel Collection did a number on all of us, they used the worst fabric on this robe. What a shame

too small to the size listed

For size Large/Extra large the robe is small. The sleeves are way too short. The quality is not bad. I just wish I allowed the person to try it first before monogramming it. Not worth the money.
