It says picked up and but no one ever came to the curbside pickup to deliver these items. Having issues contacting customer service.

Reduced Quality

I ordered this robe to replace my old Hotel Collection robe which I owned for many years and absolutely loved. The new one was not as generously cut, was much lighter in weight and no longer 100% Turkish cotton. I returned it.

White Luxury Turkish Robe

This was the perfect Christmas gift for someone who hadn't owned a robe in many years. The robe is soft and doesn't shed or leaves lint everywhere.

the arm length is short

The material is wonderful however, if you're 6 foot and you have average length arms, it won't go to your wrists.

Pure Luxury

This bathrobe was the prize gift for my husband. We exchange few gifts at Christmas but buy quality and only what we need. Since Christmas night my husband showers and comes into the living room around 9pm all wrapped up in his cozy, warm, hotel quality robe. He says it is pure luxury!
