Not Hotel Collection Quality

I purchased the Egyptian cotton Hotel Collection sheets several years ago and need to replace them. I love the quality of those sheets. These are not equivalent - the quality is cheesy, they are thin and rough. I have also tried the Italian percale sheets - they feel like sandpaper. I tried the Supima cotton sheets - the white was offwhite - not white - and they were too shiny/silky. Also they have poor reviews for pilling/discoloring. I noticed a number of customers have expressed similar concerns about the differences in the current sheets from the prior Hotel Collection sheets. Macy's - bring back the Egyptian cotton collection from past years!
