I have repeatedly purchased this pillow for our beds. It was time for a re-fresh and these are the only pillows that we have found that we really like, and don't regret buying. There are so many pillow options on the market but the Hotel Collection is constantly the best for us!

Disappointed

Ordered two pillows and only received one - the package was open so not sure where other pillow is - so had to order another. Hope to not get charged for it too. Which will mean either a phone call or trip to Macy's. Just not happy about all the time I have spent correcting the problem.
