I have bone spurs on my c-spine, and if I’m not in the right position I get torturous headaches. I’m fine until I lay down so I began dreading bedtime. Every night around 7 I’d start getting anxious about going to bed. Tried every gimmick pillow on the market. Tried feathers, down, memory foam, every strange shape, all of them. If I would find a pillow that worked it would quickly go out of shape, get a dent in the middle, etc. I would always sleep well at hotels, but their pillows are out of my price range. I got this one on sale and haven’t looked back. It’s fabulous! I’m a side sleeper, 5’2”, and it’s not too big, not too flat, it’s absolutely perfect! I will be ordering another to stash in my closet just in case this one bites the dust (or my husband steals it)

Can't figure out whether I like this pillow or not. Been struggling with finding the right one. It's stiff and not quite comfortable, yet I'm waking up with better mobility in my neck than I have had in the last few years
