Pillow transaction

I have never been treated so offensively as I was by several Macy’s employees and managers. When I returned the pillows I was given Macy’s points back instead of the cash I had paid. I have not shopped in macys in a few years and will not be back. The woman clerk that did my return said giving points for returns was their policy. I promptly told her I paid with cash no points and what she was doing was not legal. She then ignored me to take care of another customer. I then spent at least 45 more minutes with a manager and then two customer service representatives one who hung up on me. The second person took care of my problem but told me it was a one time consideration. That started me thinking how many other customers has macys been ripping off. Your clerk should be fired for the way she treated a paying customer. I am sure this is not what Macy’s would want representing them

Second time buying them. I love them. I love firm. A little high for a few days until it breaks in and then just right.

LOVE these pillows!

I've been using 3 of these Queen size pillows on a king size bed for the past twenty years, changing them out every 3-4 years. They keep their shape even though I regularly bunch them up to get the perfect loft for sleeping. Think Princess and the Pea! Use the heavy duty cotton pillow protectors they come in. you will love them too.
