3 pc Hotel Collection Reversible coverlet

This is not the prettiest set I have ever bought but it is very soft, lightweight but yet will be warm enough in the winter months.

Not same as ordered.

It was not the same I order online instead of in the picture 3 piece instead I received 14 piece set which is not the same quality I wanted.

Decent

I don't think the quality is quite as high as the previous Hotel Collection quilt that I bought from Macy's. And it's heavier than I expected - more like a light comforter. It's a little too heavy for summer in the south. I got it on clearance so you can't beat the price!

Sloppy looking with wrinkles

I like the color and weight of the coverlet and plan to use year round. I agree with other review in that it wrinkles too much. I laid it stretched out on a king bed for a few days thinking it was packaging but nightly it ends up having lots of wrinkles by morning. Going to try and wash it but as of now i would not buy again.

Return and exchange

I bought a full size bed cover and received a king size. Now I cannot not return or exchange unless I go to the store, and if there are no more of this brand available, there is no exchange or refund. This is ridiculous, since they sent the wrong item in the first place. You just lost a long time customer.
