Wrong color twice

So frustrating - the color I ordered is called "Vapor" and is a taupe/grey. Two times I was sent a color called "Steel", a play grey. Vapor and Steel may actually BE the same color but what I saw online as "Vapor" is not what "Steel" looks like in person. I had to spend considerable time with customer service only to receive the same "Steel" color a second time. Will return. I gave three stars because I do not know what the darn towels are really like to use due to the wrong color and needing return.

Nice towels

The towels are nice, but the way they ship is terrible. How come, you don't put the towels in a bag, then put them in the shipping bag. Very tacky.

These are my new favorite towels! Super soft, great color, and not too thick. If you are looking for a thick fluffy towel, these may not be your thing. On the thinner side, but exactly what I was looking for!

I recommend the Hotel Collection towels

Prettier than the picture. I recommend these Hotel Collection Sculpted Chain-Link Towels, hand towels and or wash clothes. The color is very similar to the ones I saw on the website. I like the chain-linked design.
