Soft and lightweight

I was a bit skeptical on this because of how heavy it was, but once I unpacked it was very easy to work with and fix. It looks very beautiful on the bed along with pillows of a similar color. I would definitely recommend it. The color and design is beautiful.

Duvet cover

I love this duvet. You can tell it’s very nice quality and lovely to look at. Hotel collection always seems to have really nice stuff. I also believe they have really high quality items. I would definitely say this is a high quality item. As far as functionality and durability goes I think this is very versatile and can go with just about anything. It was easy to put my comforter in and dresses up my room nicely. It’s nice and soft as well as very stylish. The color makes it an option to go with many rooms and styles.

Heavy

This is a pretty heavy duvet cover. If that is what you are looking for - this is the one for you. If you are looking more for a fluffy feel - this is not the one for you. It is upscale looking. Maybe borderline dated/old feeling? But, very pretty in the right setting.
