Disappointed in Defective Fabric and Bad Seams

Really disappointed in these towels: 1) loose threads are popping out on some seams, 2) other seams are badly sewn, and 3) pulled threads on the towels are coming out all over. The quality is not there. I returned them.

Of all towels at home store, this was recommended as highest quality, but I expected more density and lush feel. It OK, but not wow.

Arrived with loose threads

Towel felt soft to touch, but arrived with multiple threads pulled loose. Not sure if this would make it through a wash and dryer cycle.
