DO NOT BUY EVEN ON SALE

I made the mistake of buying these towels because I'd had Hotel towels for years and it was time to refresh the bathroom. I was so excited that these were on sale I ignored the warnings of poor construction. The seam is coming off one of the towels (see picture) so I took it back to Macys for an exchange for a defective product. I was told I was past the exchange point and "that's probably why it was on sale." Y'all, this is some WalMart level product quality and customer service, don't spend money on these towels. They will not last more than six months.

Like however

I like this towel and the rugs that go along with them. I’ve used them for several months now. They feel good, wash and dry well. However, out of the six bath towels(two were six piece sets) and 3 bath rugs one of each lost color. The color loss was not spotty, like it encountered bleach, but even, making it look like I bought a different color towel/rug. I’d recommend the purchase because they seem like good towels, it just should have held the color better.

Disappointed in Defective Fabric and Bad Seams

Really disappointed in these towels: 1) loose threads are popping out on some seams, 2) other seams are badly sewn, and 3) pulled threads on the towels are coming out all over. The quality is not there. I returned them.
