The towels are very plush and soft but I am very disappointed at the way the hems are (not) securely finished at the ends. There are long heads hanging out for the ends of the hems, which means they will begin to unravel after a few washings. I expected more from the Hotel brand.

I absolutely love these towels because they never shed. Someone bought some for me when I was a teenager but since then several of them have gone missing (I suspect my parents took them) and I was left with only one. Recently that one got damaged and I wasn't able to use it, so I sought out to buy the same towels again and I'm really glad I did. They're very soft if you wash them correctly and again I really love how they don't shed. I got the smoke color, which is the color I thought my old one was, but it seems to be a bit different, I think my old one might have been a faded black instead. I do still like the smoke color though, I would say it's more of a stone color instead. You do have to wash them right away after getting them from the store before using them of course as well. Overall I think these towels are great and definitely worth the money, I'll most likely get some black ones sometime in the future as well to go with my smoke ones.
