Love the softness!
I have had a set of these towels in my guest bathroom in a pretty green color but they don’t get much use. I decided to get some for my own bathroom because the texture of the others is so soft. They are really comfortable to use and I hope they keep this softness through future laundering. They are an ivory color so they don’t pack a color WOW.

Hotel Collection is my favorite brand of towels and washcloths. Well made, wash up great, would recommend.

Quality decreased
I bought this towel for years, I trust this brand. But this year’s towel quality is much lower than before. When the towel was made in China, it was thick and soft, and can last very long, but when I got this year’s which is made in India, it is like the no brand towel. Hope Macys can keep the good brand quality.
Great price, but…..
The towels appeared to be the type that are absorbent and nicely styled, so I made my purchase quickly. However, upon taking them out of the bag to store them, I noticed both of them had pulled threads and uneven places that made them look damaged. So I will be exchanging them for the same towels that hopefully will not have these imperfections.
Soft AND absorbent
These towels are just what I wanted, thick, soft, moisture wicking. They make my old ones feel like sandpaper in comparison. So glad I finally bought them. Great price too!
