Pleased!

This was a replacement for a previous HP laptop and is much quicker, lighter to carry and set up was simple. Only downside is plastic keys feel a little cheap and mouse isn't two distinct sides which takes a bit of getting use to when touch typing but not a big deal.

I like HP Laptops

I bought my latest HP was a replacement for an earlier purchase which is now a bit long in the tooth. I do love backlit keys and it was a deciding factor in this purchase. This is not a touch screen product and I did not think I would miss having that feature...I think, should there be a future purchase, I would look again for a touch screen. I am more than happy with the product so far, but am interested in knowing why the power inlet has been changed from a bayonet to a USB-C power adaptor?? I do prefer the older bayonet style. It's not a big issue, just a preference

NEW HP 13.3 INCH LAPTOP

Just purchased a new HP Pavilion 13.3 laptop and still getting my head around Windows 11. Was pleased to say that the laptop came without all the software programs preloaded but the essential ones. So easy to transfer stuff from my old laptop by just logging into Microsoft Account. Saved so much time and effort. The only thing I miss is a touch screen. The speed of loading when switched on is great with very a very clear display. Worth waiting for HP offers.

Great 13in very light Laptop.

Great 13in laptop. Battery lasts all day doing browsing and light business applications. The laptop is quiet and does not get too warm after operating for long periods of work or watching a video. Works well for Zoom calls, speakers provide clear/ clean sound. Have been using it for only about one month with no complains.

My opinion about this pc

The product is pretty good in other aspects, however it heats too fast and battery runs out quickly if I perform any heavy task.
