Great Value for Money

When I bought this printer I didn’t expect much as it was very cheap and I thought, “ it will do for my needs “ but I was surprised how good it is and how much it can do. It also looks good. Wonderful!!

Good but

Prints well enough. Not sure why it goes offline all on its own, had to phone in to resolve this issue, that took 50 minutes!! Also lots of salesmanship trying to sell ink and longer warranty, really not needed when you just want to print stuff!!! When I asked why this should happen I did NOT GET a reason.

Disappointed

The printer wouldn't work because it only works on 2G. We have 5G and no information on the unit said it only worked on 2G. Returned it after trying everything.

Flimsy but does the job.

Well , it does the job but it’s slower than my old HP 6200. Bit of a faff setting it all up. It seems best to set it up with your mobile phone. The whole thing is very flimsy but it’s cheap as chips, so I suppose that’s to be expected!!
