Black Laptop

I'm impressed with the appearance of the laptop. Love the black colour. Easier to see keyboard. I haven't done a lot on it yet as I need lessons on how to use it to it's capacity.

Should not have to have internet connection to set-up device, it was difficult at the start of set-up, otherwise good device.

Too slow to be useful for High School

I bought this laptop based on recommendations from the High School at an Orientation Day. This laptop is so slow it is not fit for purpose. I will try and return the laptop and upgrade to something faster and fit for purpose.

Major improvements needed

I have used this laptop for just one week. So disappointed at the lack of performance. It does not start. Need to go through a long sequence to get it to boot. Memory (cache?) Seems to be an issue. Can't have Excel, Word, Edge open at the same time.

Beaut little basic laptop

I bought this neat little unit for my 79 year old sister and she is thrilled with the speed now that I have removed much of the Windows 11 bloatware. She had a ten year old HP laptop and was keen to stick with a reputable brand. Her set up is simple and use basic - but we laughed to think she might be 90 before she needs a new one!
