Nice HP laptop, well spec’d and good fast delivery.

Competitively priced. Quickly delivered after ordering. Easy to set up and much faster than my old HP desktop PC. SSD seems so much quicker to boot up and shut down when compared to my old hard drive PC.

Rubbish Model and Poor Keyboard Design

I would not reccommend to buy this model. withing 8 month usage, I have seen lines in my screen and replaced it. From the investigation I found that, the keyboard is touching the screen very tightly when you close the laptop. All issues are coming because of that. Now speaker also not working. I purchased it for work from home purpose. 100% disappointed.
