Laptop keyboard received was not as described

I was disappointed with my laptop keyboard. It was described as silver with silver a keyboard on the website. The laptop I received had dark grey keyboard. I returned it. The replacement arrived the same way. I decided I would not order from this seller again. PC online. I hate bait and switch situations. 3 Stars because I like the laptop just wasn't what I ordered.
