Large for its size. Longer than picture indicates

I purchased this jacket in Green / Size S. I tried it on as soon as it arrived. It's much too large and too long. All of the photos show the jacket ends at the belt line. It actually goes three inches (3") lower. I will be returning it. For reference, I am 5' 8" and 155 lbs.
