Pants run big and an Odor

I ordered XSmall and they’re a little big. I have a pair I bought a while back and they fit perfectly. Also these have a strange odor. I washed them and can still smell it.

Strong Chemical spell

I bought these Hue denim leggings in a MEDIUM WASH (blue color) and they have a strong chemical smell. I had a pair once before with the same problem that I purchased from hue.com I believe. The smell does not go away after many washings. I had to end up throwing them away. I will be returning these.
