Size down

I really like these pants BUT they are too big. I went by the size chart and it said I needed a Large. For reference, I am 5'5". My waist is 29", I wear size 9 in juniors and size 8 in women's. These were so baggy, because they are like stretchy pants they had quite a bit of "tug" room at the waist. The thigh and butt area were way too loose. I really like the fabric and style so I am going to order a medium and take back the large in hopes they fit better.
