Outstanding product

I bought this for my niece as she requested due to the need for something smaller than a crib. I assembled it for her to make sure everything was fine. Ordering it was a difficult experience. It said 1 of 2 and I eventually received the bassinet, because the description says mattress included I assumed that's what I was still waiting on because what came with it was very thin. a piece of stuffing material over a board. Called customer service and was told it was on it's way because even the instructions said put the something like "place the base in", so I said oh wait where's the mattress. Long story short, after even returning it and them shipping another one, it wasn't on it's way and what I received was all that comes with it. I'm not happy with the "mattress". Wouldn't buy it for myself. She plans to use another item to add cushion. Again, I wish Macy's allowed pictures along with the reviews. Overall, it seems sturdy and will hopefully serve it's purpose until baby outgrows it.

I spent a LOT of time researching and looking for the "perfect" bassinet or bedside sleeper. although our second child whom this was purchased for will not be here for another 13 days, I can attest that the assembly was almost too easy! (not a bad thing when you can barely bend over at 9m pregnant) and the quality looks and feels amazing. looking forward to using it for our boy soon!

Recently bought this for my second daughter and it looks great and very comfort. We liked the quality of material and the design. Great product!!!
