Don’t order online from Macy’s.

Ordered this for a special event, somehow Macy’s messed up the address so UPS couldn’t deliver it, even though UPS delivers packages to my house multiple times a week. The package was sent back to Macy’s, who then said the items were no longer available. Customer service on the phone was horrible, and the sales person I tried to get help from in the store was awful.

nice maybe too nice

Bought this jacket for a funeral. Nice jacket. It is lined with red, satin on the back facing. There are also 6 buttons/vents on each wrist sleeve. Bit too nice for a funeral, me thinks?
