Poor quality mechanic recliner and leather

Recliner section motor was broken disabling it from fully reclining to the up position. This was replaced. Now a clear 74 branding mark lays right in the front on display for everyone to see. unacceptable.

Call first make sure it is leather.

Requested for the swatch and received 100% polyester despite the description saying that it is leather. BEWARE call customer service to be sure it is leather
