Grey color is fully green. 4” gap between seat cushion & back cushion

Its not plush or super comfortable. Looks good though

When you sit on this sofa for a 5 min while trying it on that’s fine, but when actually lay down and try to rest, it feels uncomfortable. no back support when sofa is reclined. When you lay down horizontally on the couch, it feels like you are laying on a board. Not good!!!

This is a super comfy couch that you can customize. Love it! Only negative is its listed as a grey and it looks dark green. I can still work with it.

Uncomfortable. Seat cushions are starting to break in and sink after only a few days. If you are < 5' 9", your feet will not touch the ground when you sit all the way back. No lumbar support. Large gap opens up when you recline. RETURN WINDOW IS ONLY THREE DAYS, not thirty, so now I'm stuck. Confusing what the 30 day window actually applies to. They also keep 15% if you do return it in time. I would stay away from Macy's for furniture and mattresses.

Super comfortable. Love that the whole thing reclines. Love the cubby and USB port. Only complaint is the color is a little off. It looks a little greenish.

Have only owned this for a little over a year and it has intermittently stopped working. Have to wiggle the wires in recliner to open or close it at times.

The mechanics on our recliner stopped working- the motor runs but the footrest does not move. We haven't even had the furniture for a year. There is no indication if any of this is covered on the website. While the couch is comfortable it isn't worth the price if the recliners aren't going to work.
