I brought the couch with 3 recliners and the chair recliner. So far, it’s very comfortable and I hope it last for years. I’m definitely in love with my recliner couch and chair.

love the design, the firmness of the cushions and quality of the build. my only issue is that the color of the chair received is not the color we saw in store or online. More mossy grey than slate grey as shown.

Very comfortable. Carol, the furniture department amazing sales person, was really the best of the best. She communicates well, is patient, and checked on every chair I was interested in - if in stock and/or if available, how long shipping would take. The chair comes apart in two pieces so somewhat easy to move into another room / thru a doorway. Very smart designing. And the extended warranty couldn't be better - so worth the minimal cost.

Awful chair. Its really uncomfortable. I've tried to work with Macys, but it's impossible. Now I'm stuck with a new chair that no one wants to sit on. Beware
