Furniture is fine, delivery service terrible

I have only had my sectional for a few day's, so far I am happy with it. As for "white glove delivery", not at all impressed. They were coming into a brand new floor, no booties, no instruction on how to rearrange the sofa. I am extremely disappointed!

Excellent exper see

The delivery process was exceptional ! The two gentlemen treated my home as if it were my own. The sectional itself was an excellent condition. They checked to make sure everything was functional. The color was right quality is good. What more could you ask for?

Nice looking sectional.

Well, the color is great. The fabric is good. Comfort level is descent. Price was good. Get what you pay for. We are in our 70s, so didn't want to pay huge amount which we would have if we would have purchased a Flexsteel as we had before Better construction..Chairs one piece, not backs and seats separate which click together. This causes a big opening when recliners open fully between chair and back. Do not like that at all....will have to definitely vacuum often. Guess it will be an adjustment.
