absolutely love this couch. we bought it a year ago and it’s so comfortable, easy to keep clean, I can’t recommend this couch enough. We have the Grey and it still looks new after a year

Cushions did not last over 2 years. A lot of money we spent to have unusable recliners. Buyer Beware!!!! Macy’s would not fix issue.

Great quality and so comfortable

We waited many months for this couch to be delivered. Absolutely worth the wait. It's so comfortable, very well made, heavy high quality pieces. The charcoal looks amazing in our new home. White glove delivery was perfect and all of the pieces showed up. We purchased the 7 pc with an additional console. The fabric is cozy and so easy to clean.

I brought this couch in the charcoal gray color. I had a friend stay at my home while it was being delivered. It took months to get which I did not mind. They delivered it and forgot two of my cup holder inserts, which I did not notice until months later. The couch is poorly made and very uncomfortable. There is a gap/space when you recline the couch which caused you to sink in. It will cause your back to hurt, very very uncomfortable. Especially considering the price. I would not recommend this couch.
