Good Quality

This purse if definitely well made and very good quality. I love all the strap options you get with it. I usually love purses that aren’t structured and more flimsy but this one may be a little too flimsy. I do find myself struggling to find things in it on occasion. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Bad service !!!

Never received item called because it said delivered. Called and called multiple times and after three weeks I was told they didn’t have the purse in stock but will refund it. Still waiting for my refund. Customer service is not helpful that’s for sure

Don't buy!

Waste of money! Side zipper stuck, can't get apart. And now outer material is peeling and coming off in two areas. I've had this bag only a few months!

Great Buy

Great Tote! It has double zippers inside which I LOVE! Love the zipper closure and the zips outside too. So far, I absolutely love this bag! Highly recommend!

Can I return?

Zippers need to be improved. After a few uses one of the pockets got caught up in the zipper making the pocket not usable. Unfortunately I saw one of the reviews too late. It is true…material gets easily caught in the zipper. I am sure it is too late to return.
