Really disappointed in Macy’s.

The boots look used. There is literally trash in the box. The boots are scratched and the bottom of the soles are dirty.

Weird Calf Shape

I wear a wide calf boot but this particular boot had a weird rounded calf instead of straight up. The rounded part just stuck out and wasn’t necessary to be there. Should’ve just made them straight.
