Broken when received

The necklace was broken when I received it can’t believe they packed & shipped me a broken necklace it was final sale so cannot be returned so disappointed

Sold Broken

I purchase this item while on sale. This items doesn't deserve a rating. When I opened the package, it was obvious it was broken. I can't believe that the packer knowing it was broken, continued to place it into my order. When I looked back at it, it showed "no returns". So needless to say, I am more than upset.
