Macy's is a waste of time

It's clear why this company is failing. Who knows if this is a nice coat since they were unable to get it to me. They said it shipped but the carrier never even received the package. Then they told me they would need more than two weeks to review my claim ... even though it was a Christmas gift. Never ordering from Macy's again.

Big girls fur coat.

Bought the coat for 11yo grand niece. Size 14 fit a bit big, but still looks good on, she will wear again next year. She loved it!
