ankle strap to short

the shoe was so pretty but I couldn't buckle the strap around my ankle. I wish I could have been able to keep the shoe very disappointed 😞

very pretty shoe but the left side straps are way too big on one foot very disappointing

Cute shoe but........ could not return them when they did not fit. Most of the time with Macys you cannot use coupons. Now you cannot return products unless it is within 24 hrs. Ridiculous!!

Cute but loose fit

I get a lot of compliments on these shoes. However, it’s almost a safety hazard to wear them because they do not fit securely on my feet. I had to have additional holes put into the strap, but this didn’t resolve the issue of the loose fit.
