Not true to size

I purchased these jeans recently for my husband and they don’t fit. Unfortunately I can’t return them because it says last act. So I suggest you order a size up. They are nice jeans though

His new brand for jeans.

I purchased as a gift to my very picky adult son. I was pleasantly surprised he liked these I.N.C so much. The fit Ian’s length are perfect. He’s has an odd body type , with a 6’4” frame and a 29” inseam. These jeans look good and he says” they feel great!

Received Used Jeans

I've always received great service from Macy's Online purchases; but this time I received used clothing. These jeans had no identifying tag(s) on them; they had one old, used sizing sticker on the back beside the pocket. They also had fabric pilling on the inside fabric of the front pockets; this only happens when clothing has been used more than once. Unfortunately, because they were on sale I was unable to return them. I usually get great service, but this has left me with the possibility of no longer shopping via the web from Macy's. This is unacceptable.
