Nice shoe runs wide

The shoe runs big, I should have ordered a size down

Disappointed

I purchased these in February when they were on sale. I tried 1 on to make sure it's comfy. I'm going to an event this weekend, so I tried both on to find out the tie strings are different lengths. I have to see how/if I can make it work.
