Good purse

It's a great looking purse and the oil slick color is very unique. I placed an online order for in-store pick up but when I picked up the bag it had a clearance price on it that was much lower than the price I was charged online.

Poor zipper quality

The zippers on this bag don't slide smooth. . The zipper drags and stops. I am not happy. When I purchased itthis bag the sales clerk said it couldn't be returned.
