Latch is difficult

Cute bag for the white outfit I put together. However, the latch is near impossible to close. It makes it very awkward. I regret my purchase after one use. If that fact doesn’t stop you, the outside is butter soft and there’s plenty of room for a wallet, keys, phone, small makeup bag and even a small clothing item if needed.
