I.N.C. hat

I returned this item on 1/21 after it arrived with the embellishments fallen off the hat. They were only glued on and fallen off during shipping. This is not the quality I expect from I.N.C. On top of that here it is a month later and I still have not received the credit.

Two of the stones in the front had fallen off when I opened the bag. I’m sending it back.

Cute Hat

I love this type of hat, and this brand is very comfortable. Mine came with one of the stones off but just needs to be glued back on. No big deal.
