Little black shoe

I have purchased a few of this low heel cute INC, shoes, they are extremely UNCOMFORTABLE! Always go a 1/2 size up for the narrowness, especially at toe. Cute but uncomfortable

Looks good, uncomfortable

Shoes look good unfortunately but uncomfortable as the back sling kept falling off with walking short distance

The most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn

I have never bought any INC products and this is my first. I can't even return it because it was on final sale. I think it must be frequently returned hence why. The shoes is aesthically pleasing but it so unpractical. Its made for someone with a very very narrow feet and its extremely uncomfortable in the back. It's awful. DON'T BUY IT

DELIVERED WORN OUT SHOES

I placed an order for these heels online. There is no doubt that these heels are elegant and classy. However, when I opened my package I found out that I have been delivered shoes that were already worn out. I have attached a photograph of the condition of the heels I received. As you can see, there is no bottom sticker since it appears to be removed and you can also clearly see the dirt attached onto the bottom of the heels which means these heels were already worn. I did not accept Macys to deliver products in bad conditions to their customers!
