Can live without it

The picture looks so beautiful. When I received it, the watch looked okay, but wasn't as shiny as the picture was. All three hands were not moving that meant no battery, or the battery was dead. Was I supposed to go out to find a place to add in or change the battery? The face of the watch is too big for me, and the strap is hard that stretches out to the side of my wrist. I don't particularly like the paperclip bracelet. I didn't try the third bracelet, and just had to return them unfortunately.
