once again- disappointed

Iam 5’2” (short) the description states that inseam is 26 1/2 inches, sounds perfect - not true, according to my tape measure it’s 25” - size 6. Possibly larger sizes are longer, Material is a bit heavy but ok for spring, the color is nice. INC has been my favorite for years, but lately I have been disappointed more often than not.
