Pants

I returned them because they were about 12 inches too long. I am 5 feet 7 inches tall and I would have to be 6 feet 7 inches to wear them. The quality looked good but in no way was I going to alter them.

Spicy Fall Trousers

I had to wait and catch a promo on these International Concepts Vivid wide leg ladies’ trousers to score a pair. (I don’t consider the base price competitive.) The color “Spiced Pecan” is unique, great for summer-into-fall, and the linen material has a nice hand. They do run large. The waistband is both elastic tunnel and drawstring so they are adjustable and flattering. I usually wear 14 but Medium was fine. The hem lists 31” which is my jeans length, but I needed to hem them a couple inches. I tailored them to a happy length that allows me to wear flats or a modest heel. They are delicious with peach, gold or tan tops. I must say I wish Macy’s would improve their retailing practices away from changing the prices daily. But if you catch these on sale grab a pair for yourself. They come in medium blue and spiced pecan.
