Uncomfortable and small sweater

When I ordered this sweater I didn't realize I couldn't return it. I am still shocked that I have to keep a sweater that runs small with a stiff fabric.

Very Thick Material

This top is a very heavy material, is itchy and is not very complimentary on. It did not say this was not a returnable item and therefore I am stuck with it. I guess you get what you pay for. It was on sale for $21. Glad I did not pay full price!!!!! Very disappointing!!!!!
