poor quality

I bought these and wore them twice. The bling on top from walking started to peel and lift. The band started to stretch and crack. Extremely cheap quality and after two wears they’re ready for garbage.

RUNS EXTREMELY SMALL

I absolutely love that Macy's offers shoes for women with larger feet (size 12) HOWEVER, the INC brand is Not true to size and its really disappointing, especially since this particular brand offers stylish shoes. Can you communicate with the distribution and/or shoe maker to reevaluate the shoes size. A brand that I highly recommend for accuracy is Franco Sarto.
