Mat have to stop shopping Macy's

I ordered a boot in a size 10.5. I received a DIFFERENT designed boot in a size 6.5. Not only did I get sent an incorrect style but in 4 sizes too small! This seems to be Macy's new protocol, just send something even if it isn't what you ordered. This has happened twice! Tried to add photos, unavailable.

Love these boots.

I bought these boots in black. I also ordered the ivory because I like them so much. They are true to size. I take 6.5 and they fit perfect.

NOT HAPPY

The problem with Macy's now The item(s) either don't arrive on time or missing package. When you called customer service they will offer to send you another item and suggest to keep the first in case the missing or delayed order show up as a courtesy. Then after that blocked you from ordering online. What a customer service.
