Defective...Alfani version was better quality

Ordered as a reliable part of my wardrobe, loved the color. When they arrived they were far greener than depicted. Undaunted, I tried to put them on and poor tailoring prevented them from sliding over my hips-when held up, the waistband, instead of being straight across, was stitched on in such a way that it dipped down around the waist level, shortening the waist circumference by an inch or two. Regrettably returned with salesperson acknowledging the pants looked defective. I love both the full length and capri length for work-but I'm disappointed in the available color range and lately the quality. I ordered the Alfani version for years without any issues, and with better color options..
