Canvas, not “Neon Sign”

I was looking for “neon light wall art” for my 13 year old niece. I bought two last year for her from Macy’s for Christmas that she loved. I “searched” Macy’s online and this was one of the “Neon Sign” that was rendered from my search. I bought it…and then cancelled it after realizing from another purchase that it’s a “canvas,” no lights. The “Neon Sign” in the title and the photo of it is deceiving. I called Customer Service twice, went in person to the store and called Customer Service again to cancel the order. Not my typical Macy’s experience.
