fell apart

Bought this chain in May noticed it was falling apart. Called Macys and they agreed to repair the chain. I brought it in to Macys to be fixed and I was told that they would refund me what I paid, took the chain, issued me a receipt and told me I would receive a credit in the mail. It’s been over 3 months and I’ve received nothing. When I call they tell me it’s still being processed
